The Bond Lake Athletic Club is a running club that meets Saturday mornings, rain (or snow) or shine, unless we are racing. The starting time is generally 7:00am in the summer and 8:00am in the winter. We run on 4 mile loops, at a variety of paces, supporting one another in our training goals. 

We also hold 2 race events each year - the RUT Race in August, a great European style cross country trail run, and the Scratch Race for club members in November.
